Refund and Returns Policy

This Return and Refund Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship out products. This includes all customers from the states, areas, and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products bought on our website are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and should not be dirty, torn, or odoured, and all the tags, stickers, along other accessories must be intact with the clothing.
  2. Must not purchase the item during a sale or discount campaign.
  3. Your invoice must accompany all returns as proof of purchase. If you do not have your purchase proof, the exchange will not be possible
  4. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. 
  5. We reserve the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. 
  6. Returns that do not fulfill our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.
  7. Unless there is a manufacturing defect present in the item, customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. 

TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the product’s delivery, no exchanges or refunds will be possible. No additional days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the return.

AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT

  1. Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  2. We will exchange your article with the correct sized item. 
  3. If your item is out of stock, it will be exchanged with an item of equal value. 
  4. If there is no item of similar value available, we will refund your money in the original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If the return is initiated due to a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESS

If a refund is approved due to non-processing of the order or other technical difficulties, the credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment.
